In order to forge a good and succesfull PPP, it is important to have a good understanding of the needs and ambitions of the contracting parties. This makes the competitive dialogue the most logical procurement method of PPP Projects. A competitive dialogue strikes a balance between tendering principles of transparency and commercial confidentiality.
About this course
This applied game will take the participants through all phases of the competive dialogue. It teaches in a practical way how to balance all the inerests, including the important tendering principles.
At the end of the day the participants have learned how every step in a competitive dialogue looks like, what you encounter and what are the do's and don'ts.
This applied game is an ideal preparation of a dialogue team that has to conduct an actual dialogue process.
